Paired with 7 years of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) National Leadership experience and as a professional OHS trainer.
Leadership/Directorship Values: Educate, demonstrate and encourage the importance of a robust OHS program that exceeds the requirements of regulatory compliance, drives OHS incident/injury/impact reduction and is owned by all who work within the workplace.
Beliefs: A key element to a successful OHS workplace program is training. Training that is relative to the requirements of the workplace and its people. Is successful in achieving engagement, comprehension and compliance for those receiving training.

Beyond the Workplace: Having raced cars competitively in North America for over 20 years at speeds of over 300 km/h and coaching his children and their teammates in AA Football Ontario league sports, Jeff understands the importance of personal, family and community safety for all.
